Welcome to my (other) blog... a place where I record my daily progress toward my health and fitness goals. I initially started this blog to help motivate me to lose weight before my husband Kolby and I went to HAWAII in February 2009. It worked great! I was able to lose 17 pounds and lower my body fat to 15%. This blog helps me communicate with my fitness buddies (other mom's like me). Together, we motivate and inspire each other toward not only loosing weight, but living an all around more healthy life! This blog helped me to maintain a healthy lifestyle while PREGNANT with baby #3! I had a baby girl on Sept. 6th and now I am back in the weight loss game trying to get back to where I was before getting pregnant. We're hoping to get back to Hawaii next year with our kiddos! The tropics (or rather me in a swimming suit) is always great motivation!

Tuesday Calories
Oatmeal - 150 Kashi Bar - 120 Milk - 30 sugar free snack pudding - 120 applesauce - 100 pretzels - 50 dried bananas - 50 total so far = 620
okay so i didn't know you were back on this...let's do a plan together b/c i need to lost some weight, too! i finally weaned chumby so my boobs are sagging & the hormones have settled. SO...email me & let's come up with a plan! i need some motivation & help!
