Today was a pretty good day. I didn't mentally track calories that well, but I think I was in range. Here is what I remember:
DIET:
Go Lean Cereal - 200
yogurt - 120
milk - 30
hot dog - 170
ketchup - 30?
some bites of Jaxson grilled cheese sandwich - 50?
open face tuna - 300
potato chips - 150
tomato soup - 150
crackers - 120
m&m's - 250
cupcake with no frosting - 120?
zone protein bar - 200
TOTAL: 1890
EXERCISE:
20 minutes on elliptical
20 minute abs class
45 minutes weights class
WATER:
50 ounces? (I've got to be better with water!)
Until tomorrow...
Time to start again
